The most precious part of any human being is the heart. Definitely, if our hearts did not beat, we would not be alive!
However, the heart is more than just a physical organ that gives us life. The heart has the ability to reason and feel. It guides us towards what is right and away from what is wrong. It is the locus of happiness, goodness, and purity. We know this from revelation too.
Allah Most High says:
“The Day when there will not benefit [anyone] wealth or children. But only one who comes to Allah with a sound heart.” [Quran,26:88-89]
“So have they not traveled through the earth and have hearts by which to reason and ears by which to hear? For indeed, it is not eyes that are blinded but blinded are the hearts which are within the breasts.” [Quran, 22:46]
The Prophet ﷺ said:
“In the body there is a morsel of flesh, which if it be sound, the whole body is sound, and if it is corrupt, the whole body is corrupt, and behold, it is the heart.” [Al-Bukhari and Muslim]
“Verily Allah does not look to your bodies nor to your faces but He looks to your hearts.” [Muslim]
Thus, the state of our heart matters. It will define us and play a major role in our ability to be successful in this world and the Next.
Our coaching focuses on nurturing a healthy Heart Connection™ by way of developing a strong relationship with Allah Most High, the Prophet ﷺ, and our higher selves.
Heart Connection™ with Allah Most High: encouraging sisters to strengthen their faith by making remembrance of Allah Most High, doing good works, following Allah’s commands, and avoiding His prohibitions
Heart Connection™ with the Prophet ﷺ: encouraging sisters to emulate the Prophetic character and learn from the stories of the righteous
Heart Connection™ with the higher self: encouraging sisters to work towards becoming whole individuals through managing their emotions, developing good relationships with others, and adopting habits that will make them successful in this life inshaAllah
By improving our Heart Connection™ in these three areas, InshaAllah Allah Most High will grant us the tawfiq to reach our full potential, be successful, and experience peace of mind.
As much as we have the intention to help as many Muslims as possible, the reality is that some life problems involve things that coaching cannot resolve. We pray that Allah Most High makes things easy for everyone and protects the ummah and the believers from this worldly life.
We cannot help people in the following situations:
We encourage individuals in any of these situations to seek immediate help from their local authorities, families, and communities. Our prayers are with you.
